Ohana Education Weekend
One of the Hawai`i Chapter’s foundational events, Ohana Education Weekend is an opportunity for community members from all islands to come together to learn practical, hands-on information about their specific bleeding disorders. This includes new developments pertaining to treatment and research, as well as product updates. This weekend is a carefully-constructed blend of learning activities and social activities, and is one of the few times throughout the year when residents of all islands are together in person.
LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS MARCH 6!
Koko Ohana Family Camp
Come join us as we have a fun-filled weekend at Camp Koko Ohana! From June 26-28, we will be at Camp Mokule`ia on O`ahu's north shore where we will camp out in cabins on the beach with all our community friends!
You must register to attend (registration ends June 5th).
8th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Come join us and golf for a cause as we host our 8th annual golf tournament fundraiser! All proceeds will stay within our local Hawai`i Chapter to serve our Hawai`i families with rare bleeding disorders. These funds help pay to put on education weekends, family camps, provide access to free education and resources, emergency financial assistance, and so much more!
Registration and Warm Ups to start at 8:30am, Announcements at 9:45am, then Shotgun Start at 10am. Lunch, mini silent auction, and prizes will follow (around 2/2:30pm?) Prizes will be given out in pairs, places being 1st, 2nd, and 8th place with 8th being the top prize to honor the 8th year anniversary.
Mana Wahine
Mana Wahine is a weekend designed just for the women of the Hawai`i Bleeding Disorders Community. It's a time to come together for informative educational sessions, fun activities, and meaningful connection as we share our experiences as daughters, sisters, moms, and caretakers. All attendees must be at least 14 years of age or freshman in high school.
Must register to attend (registration ends 8/30).
